Austin Industrial seeks a General Laborer to support site operations, perform labor-intensive tasks, operate hand and power tools, and help keep worksites clean and safe in an industrial setting.

Candidates should be reliable, able to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and wear required PPE. No minimum education is required; 6+ months of industrial experience is preferred but not required. We are a 100% employee-owned company offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in an industrial setting preferred but not required.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor.
• Maintain a clean job site and secure the area daily to eliminate hazards.
• Follow safety procedures and report problems to Foreman or Safety personnel.
• Communicate orally and in writing as required.
• Wear and maintain PPE as specified.
