Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable Industrial Laborer to support equipment disassembly, material handling, and preparation for shipment in a factory setting. You will work hands-on with heavy machinery and elevated work areas, following safety procedures and quality guidelines.

The role requires forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with disassembly and demolition of equipment and robotic cells.
• Separate equipment, components, and materials into designated areas.
• Prepare equipment and components for shipment, including palletizing and securing loads.
• Operate forklift to move materials safely.
• Band, strap, and secure pallets and loads per procedures.
• Operate basic power tools as needed.
• Spot and guide machinery operators when required.
• Communicate clearly with equipment operators and workers at heights.
• Maintain awareness of active equipment and traffic areas.
