Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking an Industrial Laborer for the East Chicago, IN facility on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). This hands‑on role supports daily plant operations through material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep.

Starting pay is $19.40/hr with a post‑90‑day raise to $20.13/hr and weekly pay. Safety is the top priority, and the role requires on‑site work, forklift familiarity, and the ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Industrial, warehouse, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with container movements and plant operations.
• Perform housekeeping activities and area inspections.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as trained.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures.
• Support compliance with facility permits and regulations.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
