Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Theodore, AL to support quality control and production testing in a fast-paced industrial setting. Qualifications

• Laboratory or quality control experience in industrial/chemical/manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with analytical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate and calibrate lab instruments (GC, titrators, spectrophotometers).
• Record and maintain accurate test data and reports.
• Collect production samples and prepare standards/reagents.
• Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Support shipping, labeling, and general lab operations.
