Advantage Technical is seeking a QC/QA Laboratory Technician for a rotating 12-hour shift in Little Rock, AR. The role involves collecting and analyzing QC samples, performing various tests, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or coursework in a science-related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of laboratory, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.
• Respirator use required.

Responsibilities
