Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs standard tests on assigned product line production batches and on some incoming raw materials to meet Avient and customer specifications.
• Records test results in SAP and maintains COA from suppliers.
• Follows safety and work rules; maintains housekeeping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard tests on product batches and some incoming materials to meet specs.
• Acts as a technical resource to production addressing batch issues.
• Recommends adjustments to batches to meet specifications.
• Records test results in SAP and maintains reference files.
• Completes and maintains all required paperwork and records.
• Ensures gauges and test equipment are verified.
• Participates in investigations and corrective actions as needed.
• Follows safety rules and maintains housekeeping standards.
• Sends documentation to customers (COA).
• Other duties as assigned.
