Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group, LLC in Sheldon, IA is seeking an experienced Industrial Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have industrial background and be able to install, troubleshoot, and repair power, controls, and instrumentation systems across project sites.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints and P&ID diagrams, commissioning PLCs, maintaining 4160V systems, and ensuring safety with PPE.

Qualifications

Industrial electrician with 5 years preferred.
Able to read blueprints, P&ID, and ladder logic.
Willing to travel for short periods as needed.
Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot and repair electrical power, controls and instruments systems on industrial sites.
Work on voltage controls including 110V, 440V and 4160V.
Repair instruments using testing and calibration equipment.
Fabricate conduit racking, install equipment and conduit.
Install and calibrate process control instrumentation with PLC systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs for automated machinery and conveyors.
Perform electrical preventative maintenance.
Plan, schedule and coordinate installation with supervision.
Read and update blueprints, P&ID diagrams, single-lines, ladder logic.
