Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot 480v and low voltage electrical systems (AC/DC).
• Must read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Willingness to cross-train in other technical areas.
• Experience with computerized maintenance systems and CMMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and preventive electrical maintenance per plant plan.
• Collaborate with electricians and millwrights to execute maintenance tasks.
• Repair, modify, install, and maintain electrical equipment and controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic.
• Maintain documentation and safety records; follow SDS/JSA requirements.
• Work with minimal supervision and support continuous improvement goals.
