Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Manufacturing IT Support Engineer to ensure reliable operation of IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and virtualization in a multi-shift manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, support, and document IT systems while collaborating with security teams to implement protective measures.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, servers, and Cisco-based networks, and offers opportunities to contribute to infrastructure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations or related field.
• Experience with Operations Support Systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with Cisco-based network environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement security measures.
• Configure and maintain networking equipment and VPNs.
• Establish and maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
• Monitor SLA metrics and resolve issues proactively.
• Design and implement IaC scripts and automated processes.
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues escalated by support teams.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge repositories.
