Job summary

Servotronics, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to design, implement, and support a complex manufacturing IT infrastructure. You will drive strategic IT initiatives, ensure reliable operations, and enable business growth with scalable and standards-compliant solutions.

You will manage virtualization, Windows/Mac/Linux environments, AD/365, networking, storage, and security, while collaborating across teams and leading continuous improvement projects. Some travel (<10%) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS or equivalent.
• Minimum three years IT systems administrator experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise IT software and hardware.
• Strong experience with virtualization, Windows Server, Unix/Linux, AD, GPO, 365, networking, storage, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure and client computing.
• Manage server hardware/software, cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
• Support end-user hardware/software upgrades and business continuity.
• Oversee critical systems, data integrations, and workflows with upgrades.
• Foster knowledge sharing, project management, and continuous improvement.
• Travel to support business needs (<10%).
