Prime Controls is seeking an ETS Systems Administrator to build, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments and virtual infrastructures that support control system deployments. You will work with project engineers and network specialists to ensure secure, reliable system platforms across industries.

The role requires 3+ years in IT/support, strong AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO skills, and experience with virtualization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems administration or IT support, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and client OS platforms.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and documentation habits.
• Service‑oriented attitude eager to support a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Windows Server and client OS per project requirements.
• Build and maintain virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
• Install backup solutions, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
• Manage Active Directory configurations incl. users, groups, GPOs.
• Create standard VM templates and deployment docs.
• Apply OS patches and updates per security needs.
• Collaborate with network specialists to integrate control networks.
• Troubleshoot FAT/SAT commissioning and issues.
• Maintain documentation: configuration guides, IPs, support records.
• Support cybersecurity hardening and baseline image control.
• Travel up to 30%.
