Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Technical Support, Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration, or IT Operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in administering and supporting Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Support ERP systems and resolve application issues.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Support endpoint security and compliance initiatives.
