Job summary

E Tech Group in the United States seeks an experienced integration engineer to design, develop, and implement Unified Namespace (UNS) solutions using HiveMQ, HighByte Intelligence Hub, and Ignition. You will model plant-floor data into ISA-95-aligned payloads for MES, historians, and ERP, and integrate shop floor equipment with MES and enterprise systems using MQTT, OPC UA, REST APIs.

You will work in a hybrid IT/OT environment, configuring edge connectivity to PLCs, SCADA, and legacy systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 3+ years in a similar integration/engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with UNS and MQTT/SparkplugB.
• Experience with HighByte Hub, Ignition, and OPC UA.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and REST data exchanges.
• Familiarity with GMP, validation, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement UNS solutions using HiveMQ, HighByte, and Ignition.
• Model plant-floor data into ISA-95-aligned payloads for MES/historians/ERP.
• Integrate shop floor equipment with MES/ERP via MQTT, OPC UA, REST APIs.
• Configure edge connectivity to PLCs, SCADA, and legacy systems.
• Utilize Python for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams to ensure secure, cross-network integration.
• Provide technical leadership during project implementation, testing, and startup.
• Maintain GMP-compliant project documentation and status updates.
