Job summary

Mars Petcare is seeking a Digital Innovation Engineer in Columbus, OH to drive digital modernization of manufacturing processes. You will lead the implementation of MES, visualization tools, IoT devices, and data analytics to boost efficiency and quality across production lines.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years implementing digital solutions, a strong automation/data analytics background, and project management experience. Role requires English proficiency and on-site work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience implementing digital solutions.
Strong understanding of automation and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and identify digital transformation opportunities.
Develop implementation plans for MES, visualization software, and IoT solutions.
Evaluate and implement digital technologies such as sensors, automation systems, and data analytics tools.
Establish data collection and management processes for process optimization.
Analyze production data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Coordinate with IT and engineering to ensure integration with existing systems.
Train associates on new digital/manufacturing processes.
