Job summary
Fluid Gauge Company, headquartered in South San Francisco, is seeking a motivated sales support professional to manage ERP-based order entry, pricing, and quotes. You will coordinate deliveries, respond to pricing inquiries, and maintain quote files while delivering outstanding customer service to customers across industrial sectors.
The role involves working with the E‑Commerce platform and collaborating with branch managers to ensure accurate orders and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial wholesale distribution in the pipe, valve and fitting industry is preferred.
- 1–2 years of sales experience required.
- Proficiency with ERP systems for entering orders and pricing.
- Ability to prepare and respond to pricing/availability quotes and maintain quote files.
- Experience coordinating delivery schedules and communicating with customers.
Responsibilities
- Enter sales orders in the ERP system with discounts and pricing approvals.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with branch Sales Office Manager.
- Prepare and respond to customer pricing and availability quotes.
- Respond to order status requests and provide updated information to customers.
- Create part-item numbers and update bills of materials in the ERP system.
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers.
