• Read customer correspondence to determine needs.
• Consult with engineering to assess design feasibility.
• Consult with production to estimate cost and time.
• Correspond with customer on progress and costs.
• Enter tubing specifications for work orders.
• Initiate and facilitate Advanced Quality Planning (AQP).
• Occasional travel to call on customers.
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts.
• Coordinate delivery dates with production schedules.
