Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Representative in Kennewick, WA to support a large customer with parts ordering, tracking, POs, and follow-up communications. The role involves answering calls, emails, and walk-ins while ensuring accurate orders.

You will provide excellent service to secure repeat business, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain attention to detail in measurements for parts orders. Day shift and competitive pay accompany a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large volume accounts.
• Experience with pumps, pipe, valves, fittings, nuts & bolts.
• Strong measurement and basic math for parts ordering.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

What’s Needed?

• At least 1 year of recent experience supporting large volume accounts
• Must have experience working with pumps, pipe, valves, fittings, nuts & bolts
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to take precise measurements and perform basic math calculations for parts ordering
• Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge
• Excellent customer service with strong communication skills
