Job summary

Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. is seeking an administrative/sales-support role at its Hurst branch. The position involves assisting with orders, quotes, customer inquiries, and payments while supporting inventory controls and branch administration.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, detail orientation, and at least 5 years of sales experience in an industrial setting, and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The role is full-time with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
• Strong phone etiquette and experience dialing multiple calls per day.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (At least 1 year required).
• At least 5 years of sales experience preferred (Inside or Outside), preferably in an industrial environment (manufacturing, distribution, oil & gas, etc).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales growth opportunities through inbound lead follow up, proactive calls and emails.
• Record, track, and follow up on quotes/estimates.
• Assist in greeting customers and aiding with recommendations of product type, quality, and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase.
• Compute charges for merchandise or services and handles payments in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting in corporate inventory controls.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Assist branch in administrative functions such as recordkeeping, billing, time and attendance, accounting functions and communication with corporate departments.
• Perform other functions as required.
