Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service field.
• Order entry experience.
• 2+ years in sanitary process industry preferred.
• Experience in industrial food or pharmaceutical sectors desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rapport with customers, vendors, and internal clients.
• Communicate daily via phone and email throughout the sales cycle.
• Process and manage quotes and orders to exceed customer expectations.
• Negotiate with vendors to maintain a profitable margin on orders.
