A global specialty chemicals company is seeking an IE Technician in Tennessee. This role involves operating tools, installing and repairing electrical devices, and conducting calibrations. Candidates should possess an Associate degree related to instrumentation or controls and have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. A good understanding of PLC/DCS programming is required.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, ideally in chemical processing.
Strong working knowledge of PLC/DCS hardware, software, and wiring.
Good attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Operate tools and testing devices for instrumentation and electrical tasks.
Install and repair instruments up to 480 V; assist with higher voltages.
Calibrate all types of process instrumentation.
