Job summary
Crysalis Bioscience is looking for an Instrumentation and Electrical Technician in Illinois, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various electrical and instrumentation systems within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma (GED) with at least 2 years of industrial experience, and familiarity with PLC/DCS platforms is preferred. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial electrical or instrumentation maintenance experience.
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
- Experience with PLC/DCS troubleshooting and programming.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities.
- Coordinate repair work with operations teams.
Skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems
Familiarity with CMMS
Education
High school diploma or GED
Associate degree in Electrical or Instrumentation
