Job summary

Nexus Circular is seeking an Instrumentation & I&C Technician to install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems across our Atlanta and McDonough facilities. You will diagnose issues, support sensors and automated equipment, and ensure safe, reliable operation in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Ideal candidates have experience with SCADA, electrical wiring up to 480V, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

Experience calibrating industrial instrumentation.
Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial control systems and sensors.
Experience monitoring and supporting SCADA systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience with electrical wiring and automation systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair industrial electrical equipment up to 480V.
Background in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or process plants.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation and control systems.
Support sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and automated process equipment.
Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Calibrate process instruments including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
Diagnose and repair motors, VFDs, control panels, relays, and electrical systems up to 480V.
Perform electrical wiring, equipment modifications, and system testing.
Troubleshoot industrial control systems and field devices to identify and correct issues.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve system reliability.
