The role involves installing, calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial instrumentation and control systems to support safe, precise process operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years instrumentation and controls experience including calibration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Read P&IDs and schematics; working knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, RTU, and VFD systems.
• Willing to travel 90–100% and work in industrial environments; must pass a drug test and obtain passport/TWIC card.
• Certifications and/or training a plus; collaborative, proactive candidate.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems, including loop checks and diagnostics.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, schematics; support PLC, DCS, SCADA, RTU, and VFD systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support commissioning, startups, outages, and emergency response while maintaining tools and equipment.

The Instrumentation & Controls (I/C) Technician is responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial instrumentation and control systems to support safe, precise, and reliable process operations.

I&C Tech Qualifications:

• 5+ years of instrumentation and controls experience, including calibration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills; experience with control valves and system testing
• Ability to read P&IDs and schematics; working knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, RTU, and VFD systems
• Experience with compliance, documentation, and supporting startups, outages, and emergency response
• Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to maintain tools and equipment
• Willing to travel 90–100% and work in industrial environments; must pass a drug test and obtain a passport/TWIC card
