Job Summary: The Industrial Hygiene professional will develop and deliver industrial hygiene sampling events for clients, assess sites for potential exposures, create sampling plans, and build a client base for related services. The role involves minimal supervision and includes ensuring compliance with safety standards and generating revenue through client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop client relationships and generate revenue streams.
• Assess client sites and determine sampling plans for exposure groups.
• Create training materials and deliver industrial hygiene training to clients.
• Ensure proper equipment calibration and functionality.
• Develop and deliver sampling reports to clients.
• Communicate with state regulators and client leadership.
• Research regulatory compliance requirements for projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills for industrial hygiene assessments.
• Proficient in industrial hygiene field sampling.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Physical Requirements:

• Travel up to 60% (including overnight).
• Ability to work in varied environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to use respiratory protection equipment and other PPE.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in ASP/CSP or CIH preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial hygiene sampling and analysis.
