As an Industrial Hygiene Technician, whether an entry-level or a seasoned professional, this position involves conducting hazardous building material assessments, with a primary focus on asbestos, lead-based paint, and indoor air quality concerns such as mold. Responsibilities also include air monitoring during asbestos abatement projects, preparing reports, maintaining and calibrating equipment, and participating in quality control programs. Depending on experience, technicians may assist under direct supervision, work independently on complex projects, or lead teams and manage large-scale assessments.
