Job summary

Dow is seeking an Industrial Hygiene Technician to join the Houston Hub, supporting Deer Park, Lone Star, Bayport and Texas City sites. You will implement IH programs, monitor health aspects of operations and partner with IH and Health teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years of IH-related experience, overtime flexibility, and US work authorization. Preferred credentials include an IH associate degree or certification and familiarity with Cority and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implement IH programs using the IH work process, standards and procedures.
• Serve as plant IH contact and owner for IH sections of operating discipline.
• Coordinate IH monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Manage IH monitoring equipment and ensure timely return.
• Coordinate audits and investigations to prevent re-occurrences.
