Job summary
Atlas is seeking an Environmental Technician (IH Building Science) to perform and oversee hazardous materials and industrial hygiene assessments, including asbestos, mold, radon, and air monitoring from sampling to reporting. You will coordinate with contractors and ensure regulatory-compliant abatement oversight, contributing to safe, sustainable projects.

Qualifications
- BS in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, or related field.
- An AS with 1 year experience acceptable.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Excel, and PDF editing.
Responsibilities
- Perform hazardous material surveys and asbestos-containing materials surveys.
- Conduct industrial hygiene testing including mold, moisture, air monitoring for asbestos and radon.
- Coordinate with utility and abatement contractors; supervise during abatement activities.
- Collect bulk and air samples for asbestos, mold, radon, and other IH testing.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain data and documentation.
