Job summary

ELOS Environmental seeks an Industrial Hygiene Program Lead in Hammond, LA to oversee site IH programs, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, and guide project management functions. The role collaborates with site teams, regulatory agencies, and HSSE professionals to implement IH risk controls and program improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong IH background, experience with lead, asbestos, and mold services, and proven project management and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Hygiene.
• PPE use in designated areas (respirator, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, hearing protection).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate site Industrial Hygiene programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide IH support and direction to staff and management.
• Supervise and develop IH professionals.
• Advise management on evolving legislation and standards.
