Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Industrial Hygiene Manager to lead the Safety & Health team at the Carlin, NV operation. The role provides technical hygiene services including monitoring, data management, reporting and health support across the site.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Hygiene (Bachelor's or Master's) with strong leadership experience and preferred CIH/CSP certification. Expect to guide program development, coaching, and regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field (Bachelor's/Master's) with strong leadership.
• CIH or CSP certification preferred or demonstrated equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills across hourly and management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Safety & Health team and direct reports.
• Develop and maintain hygiene programs across the site.
• Support MSHA training and contractor hazard training as required.
• Lead incident investigations and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Assist in budget monitoring and program effectiveness evaluations.
