SGS Consulting seeks an experienced Industrial Hygienist/EHS professional to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across laboratories and manufacturing settings.

The role involves leading air and biological monitoring, hazard identification, and implementing engineering, administrative and PPE controls. Training and reporting responsibilities support regulatory adherence and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is required or strongly preferred.
• Must have sampling experience, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Hands-on EHS work in clinical or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Exposure to biological, chemical, or radiological safety protocols.
• Industrial hygiene experience is a must.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct monitoring of workplace conditions, including air sampling and biological monitoring.
• Identify potential health hazards through inspections of labs and pilot plant environments.
• Provide training on hazards, safe work practices, and PPE use.
• Develop control measures including engineering, administrative, and PPE.
• Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory agencies.
