Job summary

Testing Engineers & Consultants, Inc. (TEC) is seeking an experienced Industrial Hygiene Manager to join our growing Environmental & Industrial Hygiene team.

This role leads projects, mentors staff, and helps shape TEC's industrial hygiene practice. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with IH and EH professional work, manage client relationships, coordinate field activities, interpret lab results, and ensure compliance with OSHA/MIOSHA and EPA requirements across Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IH or related field required.
• 7+ years progressive IH/EH experience.
• Experience with exposure assessment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MIOSHA regulations.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IH and EH projects from scope to completion.
• Conduct surveys and monitoring for hazards.
• Provide technical oversight for asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold projects.
• Mentor IH staff and coordinate field activities.
