Job summary

The position requires a BS/MS in IH or related field, strong writing and communication skills, and readiness to work at various sites including field settings.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, standards, regulations, instrumentation, and sampling methods.
• Computer skills for data management and reporting.
• Analytical skills for sampling, monitoring, and recordkeeping.
• Experience teaching/training others.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing routine industrial hygiene activities and plans.
• Provide input to Engineering, Construction, and other teams to integrate IH requirements.
• Interpret IH requirements and provide technical guidance on risk assessment and ES&H program execution.
• Identify regulatory requirements and prepare documentation and reports.
• Provide technical guidance for IH studies, risk assessments, and reviews.
• Participate in emergency response and investigations of health-related incidents.
• Identify IH stakeholders and coordinate with them.
