Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The role suits a self-driven tech who diagnoses problems accurately and delivers high-quality work.

Responsibilities include servicing rooftops, boilers, chillers, and related controls, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting repairs.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work from ladders, rooftops, lifts, and confined spaces.
• OSHA/NATE/HVAC Excellence or manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftop units, boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, and related controls.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Document service work, materials used, and repairs recommended.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and other trades.
• Follow OSHA, safety procedures, and codes; participate in on‑call rotation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
