Job summary

Inspire Path Networks, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a food manufacturing facility in Reading, PA. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, GMP compliance, and the ability to perform preventive maintenance using CMMS, with on-call availability for emergencies in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC technician experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Technical training in HVAC technology.
Refrigerant Certification required.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to troubleshoot HVAC electrical controls and mechanical systems.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems across the facility.
Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes; document maintenance in CMMS.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and support general facility upkeep in GMP-compliant manner.
Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
