Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Industrial HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair complex HVAC, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems on the manufacturing floor. You will perform preventive maintenance, interpret schematics, and support new equipment installations.

A Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician license and 3 years of industrial HVAC experience are required. Openings on first shift (Mon–Fri, 7am–3pm) with potential overtime by business need.

Qualifications

• Read schematics is required.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician license required.
• At least 3 years of industrial HVAC experience in manufacturing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and lead repairs on HVAC system breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support new equipment installations.
• Interpret complex schematics and coordinate safety procedures.
