Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in office and industrial settings.
• Replace filters, clean coils, and check refrigerant charges and leaks.
• Test thermostats and controls; ensure proper electrical connections.
• Inspect ducts for mold, debris and performance issues; track PM in CMMS.
• Follow safety guidelines and job specifications; work with minimal supervision.
