Job summary

JLL in Greenville, SC is hiring an HVAC Technician I – Industrial (Maintenance Support). This entry‑level role focuses on routine HVAC maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and assisting senior technicians in an industrial facility.

You will work under supervision, follow safety procedures, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in site maintenance with PPE and lockout/tagout practices. A high school diploma or GED is required; willingness to learn and team mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with HVAC systems or mechanical equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn industrial HVAC maintenance practices.
• Ability to perform repetitive maintenance tasks consistently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Change air filters on HVAC equipment including air handling units, rooftop units, and exhaust systems according to established schedules.
• Clean evaporator and condenser coils using approved methods and materials.
• Inspect HVAC components during servicing and report issues to senior staff.
• Assist with maintaining clean and orderly mechanical spaces.
• Support senior HVAC technicians with basic tasks during maintenance and service activities.
• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned, including equipment cleaning and material handling.
