Job summary

D&L LLC is a dedicated HVAC, mechanical, and sheet metal contractor serving manufacturing, commercial, and mission-critical facilities across the Southeast. The HVAC Service Technician role focuses on keeping commercial and industrial HVAC equipment running reliably with hands-on problem solving and a service-oriented approach.

You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and respond to service calls while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• EPA Universal License.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues across HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls and complete troubleshooting in a timely manner.
• Follow safety standards while servicing, inspecting, and testing HVAC units.
