Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred; company-provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, chillers, and boilers.
• Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools to identify and resolve system issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
• Accurately complete electronic service documentation using a handheld device.
