The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, with CMMS documentation and responsiveness to emergency maintenance requests. GMP compliance and safety adherence are essential in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical training in HVAC technology.
• Refrigerant Certification required.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC electrical controls and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes; perform repairs.
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS and respond to emergencies.
• Support general facility maintenance and GMP compliance.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment per safety policies.
