BMI-PacWest is expanding across California and seeks experienced HVAC professionals for year-round commercial service. You will diagnose and repair commercial/industrial systems, service chillers and boilers, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
• Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance
• NATE Certification is a plus
• HVAC Technical School graduate
• Experience with A2L refrigerants is preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Service chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and package equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Participate in an on-call rotation
