BMI-PacWest in Fresno, CA, is hiring an Industrial/Commercial HVAC Tech for full-time work. Earn $45.00-$60.00 per hour with performance bonuses; top technicians can make $100,000+ annually.

You will diagnose and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems, service chillers, boilers, rooftops, and package units, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in an on-call rotation. Relocation assistance is available, with year-round work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance.
• Experience with A2L refrigerants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Service chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and package equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Participate in an on-call rotation

You’ll work on critical facilities including healthcare, manufacturing, data centers, oil & gas, and commercial buildings, giving you exposure to a wide variety of equipment and systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
• Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance
• NATE Certification is a plus
• HVAC Technical School graduate
• Experience with A2L refrigerants is preferred
