BMI Mechanical, Inc. is seeking experienced HVAC professionals in Bakersfield, CA for a full-time role with overtime as needed.

You will service, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems across diverse environments, with opportunities for career growth and a take-home company vehicle. We require 7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience, EPA Universal 608, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial HVAC systems.
• Work on equipment including large rooftop units, boilers, chillers, split systems and packaged units.
• Deliver preventative maintenance solutions to a variety of industries.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional service.
