Job summary

Quantum Industrial is seeking experienced Industrial HVAC Technicians to join a strong service team. You will diagnose, service, and repair complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems in demanding environments.

You’ll work on chillers, boilers, large RTUs, air handlers, and cooling towers, and you’ll use BAS/controls and field tech to document work and communicate with customers. This role rewards independence, technical skill, and professional development in a company that values specialists

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, large RTUs, and industrial systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with BAS/controls systems preferred.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and controls-related issues.
• Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Working with BAS/controls systems and sequences of operation.
• Identifying root causes—not just replacing parts.
• Communicating directly with customers about system performance and repair recommendations.
• Documenting work clearly through service software and field technology.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Working on large-scale equipment including:
• • Chillers
  • Boilers
  • Large RTUs
  • Air handlers
  • Cooling towers
  • Process cooling systems
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and controls-related issues
• Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Working with BAS/controls systems and sequences of operation
• Identifying root causes—not just replacing parts
• Communicating directly with customers about system performance and repair recommendations
• Documenting work clearly through service software and field technology
