Crawford Mechanical Services, a Quantum Industrial company, seeks an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to install, service, and optimize complex systems across large-scale commercial projects. You’ll diagnose issues, collaborate with senior techs, and lead repairs in critical environments such as data centers and industrial facilities.

You’ll work on demanding equipment, demonstrate ownership of field tasks, and contribute to ongoing training and growth within a company that values

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• Strong experience with chillers, boilers, large RTUs, and industrial systems.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, service, and repair complex commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Work on boilers, large RTUs, air handlers, cooling towers, and process cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and controls issues.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Working on large-scale equipment including:
• Boilers
• Large RTUs
• Air handlers
• Cooling towers
• Process cooling systems
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and controls-related issues
• Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Working with BAS/controls systems and sequences of operation
• Identifying root causes—not just replacing parts
• Communicating directly with customers about system performance and repair recommendations
• Documenting work clearly through service software and field technology

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
• Strong experience with chillers, boilers, large RTUs, and industrial systems
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• OSHA 10 certification
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with BAS/controls systems preferred
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Comfortable working independently in critical environments
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
