Job summary

DFM Solutions in Indiana seeks an HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment and building facilities, focusing on HVACR systems.

You will work from schematics and manuals, install and repair machinery, and support safety and environmental compliance. The role requires a Journeyman's Card or equivalent with 8 years of experience, plus experience in welding, pipefitting, and refrigerant handling.

Qualifications

• Journeyman’s Card in relevant industrial field or equivalent with 8 years of documented experience.
• Experience in hoist maintenance, welding, pipefitting, small fabrication, and HVAC.
• EPA Refrigerant license preferred.
• Good computer skills.
• Experienced in industrial safety practices.
• Professional, service oriented and easy to work with.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain HVACR systems and building facilities equipment.
• Assemble, install, repair, and dismantle industrial machinery.
• Work from schematics, manuals, and instructions.
• Record usage of refrigeration and track consumption.
• Support cross functional teams in maintenance related problem-solving and continuous improvement.
