Job summary

PDM US, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Rock Hill manufacturing operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility and production equipment, with a strong emphasis on industrial HVAC systems. Industrial/commercial HVAC experience is required, and EPA Section 608 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Industrial/commercial HVAC experience required.
Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
Ability to work safely and independently in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC systems and related equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC-related issues.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime.
Complete routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
Support facility and equipment improvement projects as needed.
