Job summary

PDM US is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Rock Hill manufacturing operations, focusing on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility and production equipment with emphasis on industrial HVAC systems. Industrial/commercial HVAC experience is required, and EPA Section 608 certification is preferred.

This role offers a fast-moving environment in a 24/7 setting with opportunities to broaden multi-craft maintenance skills across facility systems and production

Qualifications

• Industrial or commercial HVAC maintenance experience required.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Reading equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
• Ability to work safely and independently in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC-related issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Support facility and equipment improvement projects as needed.
