D&L LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead field operations in the Cayce/Columbia, SC area. This hands-on role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to drive projects with high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• Able to communicate findings and recommendations to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and controls issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Mon - Fri work, no travel.
• Work safely and represent the company with pride.
• Accurately document serviced work, parts used and recommendations.
