Job summary

D&L LLC in Cayce/Columbia area is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead service teams on large industrial equipment. You will diagnose, repair, and preventively maintain commercial systems, while ensuring safety and quality on every call.

This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting, supervisory experience, EPA Universal certification, and a customer-focused approach. Local work with no travel offers stability and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service experience.
• Supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who excels at troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and working on large scale industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. This position is local to Cayce, SC with no travel and no residential service calls!
